No tiene vi\u00f1a propia ni bodega. \u201cEmbotellamos historias y para cada historia firmamos una<em>\u00a0joint venture\u00a0<\/em>con una bodega distinta\u201d, explica Seijas. El nombre es un recuerdo a la roca que hab\u00eda detr\u00e1s de El Bulli, adonde el sumiller iba a soltar un grito para aliviarse cuando el servicio se complicaba.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo vino que Gallina de Piel descorch\u00f3 es Manar dos Seixas, un blanco elaborado en Galicia, de donde procede la familia del emprendedor. Seixas, palabra de la que deriva el apellido Seijas, significa paloma brava en portugu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La tercera creaci\u00f3n de la firma es Ikigall, otro blanco. Combina el concepto japon\u00e9s<em>\u00a0ikigai\u00a0<\/em>(el significado de la vida) y la palabra gallo, un gui\u00f1o al Pened\u00e8s, de donde procede este caldo. El crecimiento se ha visto frenado por la covid, al ser la restauraci\u00f3n su principal cliente . Tambi\u00e9n han tenido que adaptarse a la nueva normalidad, ofreciendo experiencias gastron\u00f3micas online.
